Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

You can easily reschedule the time slot, from within the booking confirmation email.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of 80%.

To avoid 50% cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice and reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. You can reschedule your time for your appointment within the booking email sent by bookinginnergeni@gmail.com.  You can find it at the bottom of the booking confirmation email.

Please be considerate that time is precious.

Refund for cancellation of package or booked time inside this 48 hour deadline also incurs a 80% penalty to cover financial transaction fees and time already expended in preparation of reading that are incurred by  / Amanda Newearth.

To avoid 80% refund cancellation fee, please provide reschedule notice as soon as is possible and reasonable.  Please utilise the rescheduling option within the booking confirmation email.

Rescheduling an appointment can also be at the discretion of Amanda/Amanda Newearth, and availability by emailing us at booking@innergeni.com if there are no available convenient spots.

All services are rendered once completed and no refund is available.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No Refund is applied to appointments, bookings, readings, healing that are fulfilled and services rendered.
Definition: Services rendered is the conclusion of a service agreement that is presented to the client to demand payment. After the agreed upon activity is completed, it could be said that services were rendered successfully.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
